EMR Celebrates 20 Years!
On March 15, 2008, EMR, Inc. celebrated its 20th anniversary as a company. Since our founding in 1988, we have gained experience and capabilities in a diverse range of services including engineering, construction/construction management, environmental remediation, industrial hygiene, and facility operations & maintenance. Our resources include 112 people in 9 primary offices and 11 field offices located throughout the United States. Our diversity is reflected in our client base as well. We have worked for numerous federal agencies, state and local governments, Native American tribes, and commercial and industrial clients.
EMR Completes First Phase of Lake Superior Barrel Project
The Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa (Red Cliff) contracted with EMR to prepare a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), compliant Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) Work Plan Set. The Work Plan Set included a Field Sampling Plan (FSP), a Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP), Dive Safety Submittal, Explosives Siting Plan (ESP), Explosives Management Plan (EMP), and a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP).
