• EMR complies with current occupational health, safety, and environmental laws and adopts operations, technologies, policies and procedures to promote such conditions.
• EMR establishes programs based on past experience and current scientific research to reduce the potential for health and safety risks.
• EMR employees know, understand, and follow EMR safety procedures and applicable regulations, comply with project or site health and safety plans, wear and/or use appropriate equipment, and suspend work or otherwise limit risks of exposure.
