EMR’s $12.5 million Fountain Community Complex “Northern Region Resiliency Center” project provides a new multi-purpose facility designed to support both everyday community use and emergency response needs.

Located in the northern part of the county, the facility is designed to serve as a versatile gathering space for community events while also functioning as an emergency shelter during disasters and severe weather events.

The resiliency center strengthens Bay County’s emergency preparedness infrastructure while creating a lasting community resource for residents throughout the region.

Location: Freeport, Fl

EMR built a new office headquartered in Freeport, Fl. The building contains several administrative office spaces, including a large conference room, small conference room, breakroom and more. The 1st floor is occupied by tenants while the second floor overlooking Anchor Apartments Developement is occupied by EMR, Inc.
