EMR was awarded a $7.2M contract to construct an 11,668 square foot aeromedical training facility to include administrative, command and control, training, mission planning, medical skills lab and storage space. The Training Facility will utilize an open office concept for space efficiencies and provide sound attenuated offices. The project will include the necessary systems to support the operational requirements and incidental related work, including construction of site utilities (electrical, water, sewer, communications), mechanical equipment, site finish work, parking striping, fixtures, finishes and equipment, Hazmat mitigation and commissioning.

EMR was awarded a $6.3M contract to construct a new Shock and Applied Impact Laboratory. This project is a 7,616 square foot 1-story facility w/concrete foundation, pre-engineered steel frame structural system, insulated metal panel system, metal stud w/gypsum wall board walls, sloped metal roof system with insulation, and interior utilities (elect, fire suppression, plumbing and HVAC) to house firing instrument equipment for indoor experiments in high bay, control/office, unisex restrooms, lapping room, build room, mezzanine storage area, and communication area. Site improvements include landscaping, pavement, retention ponds, extended utilities, and all necessary supports.

EMR was awarded a $26.9M contract to design and construct the 16EWS Wildcat Test Facility at Eglin AFB, FL to result in a complete and usable, single-story facility. The facility will be no less than 24,468 square feet of climate-controlled space, and will be required to have a single RF shielded secure area with lab space, engineering areas, a conference room, and equipment storage spaces. A non-secure area will be provided for the building entry, break area, and restrooms.

EMR was awarded a $25M contract for the construction of a F-35 Flight Simulator for the Air National Guard in Jacksonville, FL. Work to be performed includes the construction of the 27,633 sq. ft. building with special foundations, masonry brick veneer, standing seam metal roofing, and electronic security to house 4 F-35 Flight Simulators.

EMR was awarded a contract in the amount of $7.9M for the renovation of a dormitory in Anniston, AL. Renovations include new architectural finishes and components, structural repairs, HVAC replacement, fire protection/fire alarm system replacement as well as electrical and plumbing revisions.
