This project was contracted for $18M, and after the design phase, EMR will get to work relocating the existing commercial gate (Entry Control Facility) to Tyndall AFB. Much of the project will consist of site work, paving, a new canopy, guard shacks, and active vehicle barriers.

EMR was awarded a $14M contract to replace the water distribution mains within the Munitions Storage Area (MSA). This project will also include the replacement of all existing underground primary conductors except the existing underground emergency circuit.

| EMR was awarded a $10M project to construct the Munitions Maintenance Facility and Igloos at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. The scope of work is inclusive of, but not limited to, the construction of one multi-bay Munitions Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) explosive operating facility with reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, concrete walls (internal and external) and a reinforced concrete roof deck. Functional areas will include munitions inspection and maintenance labs/bays, receiving room, parts storage, administrative offices, male and female latrines, support/tool room and mechanical equipment room. |

| EMR was awarded an $18M contract at the Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) in Gulfport, MS. The project involved the design and construction of the P855 expeditionary combat skills student BEQ housing 80+ modules, each being comprised of a semi-private sleeping room, two walk-in closets, a small service area including a micro-fridge, one lavatory, private toilet room and a private shower stall with dressing area to be shared by two people. The dormitory will also include administrative areas, recreational rooms, vending, and more. |

EMR was awarded a $5M contract to repair and restore the TELMOC Operations facility to pre-storm condition and function, with the exception of modernizing the exterior windows; entry doors; roof system; restroom facilities; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system; fire suppression system; fire alarm system; and lighting system.
