This $4M project will create space for a target assembly in support of weapons effects testing. Work includes high bay fabrication test area, storage, operational space, information systems, cyber security measures, fire protection, alarm systems, Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection, and supporting facilities.

EMR was awarded a $3.7M contract for the construction of the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Facility at Eglin AFB in Florida. The 1,496 SF facility will include the foundation, structure, finishes, and roof/associated systems. This project also includes the construction of personnel parking, three-vehicle inspection lanes and reject/turnaround lanes, traffic, holding, and parking lanes, utilities, signs, signals, curb, and pavement, as well as the demolition of the existing facilities.

EMR was awarded a $9M contract for the demolition of the existing Tennesee-Tombigbee Waterway Management Center (TTWMC) facility and construction of a new facility. The new TTWMC facility will be a 2-story building located on the existing building footprint. The office complex will support approximately 53 government employees and will continue to serve as the management and maintenance headquarters for the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway.

After completing the first phase, EMR was awarded a $4.58M contract for the second phase of the TERF (Terminal Engagement Research Facility) project. The project will consist of the construction of a new metal building, ~18,000 square feet. Concrete foundations, metal wall panels, metal studs & drywall, metal roof, and finishes are all included in the scope of work.

EMR was awarded a $4.7M contract at Keesler AFB, MS for the construction of a single-story ASTS Aeromedical Staging Training Squadron facility with reinforced concrete foundations/slabs, masonry walls, brick veneer, and standing seam metal roof. The project includes HVAC, fore protection, site work, parking spaces, and all necessary utilities. Construction will comply with all applicable construction codes including hurricane-resistant construction criteria. This facility will be constructed in accordance with a current AT/FP standards, and properly configure an efficient Aeromedical Staging Squadron facility to accommodate squadron mission training and equipment storage requirements as well as incidental related work
